MOSAIC Feast Counseling
Mental Health, Wellness & Nutrition Counseling
I want to help live your best life.
I have a unique skill set to
enable and empower growth in my clients
as a registered and licensed dietician (RD, LD),
a counseling associate (LPC Associate),
and a registered yoga teacher (RYT).
I have experience helping clients improve their relationship with their
mind, their body, and their overall nutrition.
Nutrition Counseling
Are you struggling to create change? Are you tired of starting over again? Let's work together to make nutrition a part of your lifestyle, and not a diet. Together we will let go of past attempts and embark on a journey- embracing where you are at- examining old patterns, and enabling you with new tools to move forward. We'll take an intuitive approach, affirming that you have what you need inside you to be successful. Because a life well lived is one that empowers the best version of yourself.
Therapy through Resilience Counseling & Wellness
My counseling approach is centered around your personal goals and values. By examining your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, we'll work together to create a roadmap for success. I utilize several different counseling modalities, including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), somatic therapy, and motivational interviewing techniques.
As your counselor, I bring a unique perspective to our sessions. I've personally struggled with many of the same issues that my clients face, including depression, anxiety, and disordered eating. Mental health counselors were a lifeline for me during those difficult times, and they helped me grow and overcome many obstacles. That's why I became a counselor – to offer hope and empower others to achieve their goals.
In addition to counseling, I also approach therapy from a holistic perspective. Our bodies, thoughts, and circumstances are all interconnected, and I believe that true healing requires a comprehensive view of each individual's unique situation. My background in nutrition, yoga, mindfulness, and mental health gives me a broad perspective that allows me to help my clients achieve lasting change.

Yoga and Meditation Sessions
Bring breath and movement together to allow you to bring your
mind back to your body.
Yin yoga helps posture, alignment, and flexibility, and promotes balance.
Meditation does a lot of the same things, only it works on the brain! Meditation helps promote focus, relaxation, productivity, and becoming more authentically present in your life.
Sonja can do private or group lessons and will travel to accommodate in-home sessions. Alternatively, we can arrange indoor and outdoor accommodation for classes.
